Why We Cap Each Clique (And Why You Have To Be Accepted)

Most agencies try to impress you with how many clients they have. We are more impressed by how few each pod has.

There is a hard limit on how many businesses a team can be truly in the trenches with and still deliver. So instead of hiding that, we built clique.agency around it.

  • Each Clique pod serves a maximum of 15 companies
    • 3 in the Boardroom
    • 12 in the Core
  • When those 15 seats are taken, we stop installs for that pod and new operators join a waitlist
  • When a seat opens or a new pod launches, the waitlist hears first and fills it

That design lines up with Dunbar’s research. People can only maintain about 15 real working relationships before quality drops. So we structure each pod around that limit instead of pretending it doesn’t exist.

On top of that, you can’t just buy your way in. You start with the Leak Finder Call, we look at your numbers, capacity, and character, then use the Blueprint Call to decide if we believe we can build at least three times our fees in new, sales‑qualified pipeline in the first 90 days. If yes and a seat is open, you’re invited into Boardroom or Core. If not, we plug you into the Pipeline Tracker Community and, if you want, add you to the waitlist.

Either way, the first step is the same:
